Do you want to be a writer? Do you want to write a book people would like to read? I know I do. And on my quest to create a readable book, I have learned many tips and tricks and gained some valuable knowledge on the does and don'ts in writing. I'd love share all that with you.

He's coming...

...and I don't mean Santa.

I have come with more excuses why I am not posting anything new, even though NaNo is over.
My main excuse is him -> John Rile.
The guy down here:

The Undefeated John Rile is as good as ready - keep your fingers crossed for me, as my dream is to post it before the Christmas Eve.

Drawing by my beloved fiancé.

And here's a small teaser:

"To the naked eye the garden was painfully ordinary. You wouldn’t find there any rare flowers, hidden passages or trees with hearts carved in their bark.
A dilapidated bird feeder hung from one of the trees. The whole place looked more like an orchard or a park, with the apple trees and scattered rocks decorating it. Rotting fruit covered the ground.
The garden looked peaceful. It seemed as though no secrets lurked in the corners of this place.
John, however, not that easily fooled. He felt under his skin that there was something out there. Something else than what the eyes could see. He felt the thrill of the upcoming hunt."

It is a short story, but there was some major work required to make it better, a lot of removing, adding, editing.
But the work will soon be over.
I feel like jumping from joy.

And now back to editing I go.
Talk to you soon, dear friends.
